First-year students of the Faculty of Philology performed scenes from a traditional Ukrainian Christmas vertep under the guidance of the associate professor of the Department of Ukrainian Literature Oksana Tykhovska

On the eve of Christmas according to the Gregorian calendar, first-year students of the the Faculty of Philology of UzhNU together with the employees of the Transcarpathian Museum of Folk Architecture and Life performed two different scenarios of traditional Ukrainian vertep scenes of the XX century. The museum kindly provided the actors with authentic Ukrainian clothing, and two museum employees acted as hosts whom the carolers visited.
