UzhNU team took part in the All-Ukrainian Innovation Festival
The All-Ukrainian Innovation Festival took place in Kyiv on May 16, 2019 with the participation of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Lilia Hrynevych. Ukrainian inventors and innovators presented their latest developments in the fields of IT, medicine, ecology, etc.
The partners of the festival were Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kyivstar, Sigma Software, Innovation Space Hub 4.0, Innovation Center "Stairs to the Future", UNIDO, Startup.Network, Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge, Kyiv National Economic University, Science Park of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University, and the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.
This year, the 4th All-Ukrainian Innovation Festival gathered 250 applications submitted by 75 educational institutions, including 61 universities, 30 scientific institutions and 12 enterprises.
The teams were able to present their own projects on the stage of the festival. The team of UzhNU, consisting of the 3rd year "Cyber Security" student Nadia Kastrovska and Associate Professor of Solid-state Electronics and Information Security department Natalia Yurkovych, participated in the IT-startups contest with the project "Travel with AR-guide". The team won a certificate for free participation in the Startup Zone of the International Forum "INNOVATION MARKET", which will be held on November 5-7, 2019.
