BOYKO Nadiya – Head of the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology, director of the Research and Development Centre for Molecular Microbiology and Mucosal Immunology at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”.

Disciplines – Microbiology with the basics of virology and immunology, epigenetics, human microbiome, nutriomics, metabolomics, other omics disciplines.

Candidate of Science’s (Ph. D) from 1994; from 1995 – the Senior Research Fellow. Doctor of Science’s (D. Sc.) from 2010. The total work experience in UzhNU is 31 years. In teaching position since 1994, including 12 years as professor of the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology with the course of infectious diseases, and year as professor of the Department of Basic Medical Disciplines of the Faculty of Dentistry. From 2000 to 2006 she studied at the doctoral program of UzhNU and was trained as a visiting professor at the University of Pennsylvania, USA. She is the author of about 250 scientific and methodological works, including 100 works in professional scientific journals, more than 50 publications in the editions which included in the included in scientometric databases. Over the past three years, 30 works have been published, including 13 articles in professional editions, 8 in scientometric databases, 5 educational methodical works. Actively and systematically participating in national and international symposiums, conferences, seminars; often with invited papers (more than 100 events for years of work in both departments: 2006-2018, in overall number – 40 invited papers) She is actively participating in international projects and professional expert meetings:

1. Member of the Specialized Academic Council D 26.233.01 on doctoral theses by the D.K. Zabolotny Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the NASU.
2. Member of the expert council of the Ministry of Education and Science, section 15, Biology, expert examination of projects of scientific works, scientific and technical (experimental) developments.
3. Member of the expert council on examination issues of the dissertation papers of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on biological sciences.

MELESHKO Tamara – the Assistant of the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology.

Disciplines – Microbiology with the basics of virology and immunology and histology, cytology and embryology for Ukrainian and foreign students, practical classes.

In 2014 she graduated with honors from the Biological Faculty of Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University and qualified as a microbiologist. In 2017 graduated from postgraduate studies. Subject of the thesis: “Indigenous microbiota in humans, its structural components and metabolites as potential epigenetic modifiers”. From 2014 up today she is the Research Officer in the  Research and Development Centre for Molecular Microbiology and Mucosal Immunology at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”, research officer of the DB research topic 828 – “Composite biological products from microorganisms, plants and nanocompounds” (2014), DB research topic 857P “Biological disinfection and preventing the formation of biofilms” (2015-2016), F76 “Creation of lactobacilli-based immunobiotics for the prevention and treatment of infectious-inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system” (2017), DB research topic 875P “The introduction of new approaches to the creation and use of modern pharmabiotics” (2017-2018).

In 2015 passed the training course «13^thInternational Graduate Course on the Production and Use of Food Composition Data in Nutrition», which took place in Wageningen, the Netherlands. In 2016, within the framework of the project “BacFoodNet” passed an internship on the basis of the institute ATB Potsdam (Potsdam, Germany). Also, she completed a practical training course «Workshop on Data Collection and Checking of Food Composition Data» in Bratislava, Slovakia.

She is a co-author of 22 scientific publications and 1 tutorial book.

TYMOSCHCHUK Svitlana – the Assistant of the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology.

She is graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry in 2013 at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”, master degree. Theme of master's work: «Spectrophotometric determination of morin with basic dyes», 2013.

She is a co-author of three publications:

Participated in the round table “Ecological problems of the Transcarpathian region and ways of their solution”, June 16, 2017, Uzhhogod. Engaged in active social activities: she is a member of the Zakarpatska Regional Organization of the All-Ukrainian Ecological League (ZRО AЕL) from July 2013. She is also a member of the public organization “Public Resource Center Onokovtsy (PRC) from March 2015.

RUKAVCHUK Roman – the Assistant of the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology, postgraduate student of the 1th year, specialty biology. Research topic: “Information system for adjusting the human microbiome through microorganisms and edible plants”.

Disciplines – bioinformatics, mathematical methods in medicine, mathematical modeling.

Graduated from the Faculty of Geography in 2017 at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”, master degree. In the same year he entered the postgraduate study at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”.

Since 2017 he is Fellow in the the Research and Development Centre for Molecular Microbiology and Mucosal Immunology at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University” (DB research topic 875P “The introduction of new approaches to the creation and use of modern pharmabiotics”).

The author and co-author of 12 scientific publications.

He is interested in information technologies, geoinformation systems, their use in various fields and bioinformatics.

LEVCHUK Olga – she Assistant of the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology, Head of Laboratory PP MC “ASTRA-Dia”, laboratory doctor.

Disciplines - Biochemistry, molecular diagnostics

In 2006 she graduated from the Faculty of Biology at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”. In the same year she entered the graduate school at the D.K. Zabolotny Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the NASU. In 2009, she graduated from the postgraduate study program and defended her thesis in the specialty 03.00.06 - virology. In the 2009 she worked in the D.K. Zabolotny Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the NASU. Since 2010, worked as a senior researcher at Biological Faculty of UzhNU. In 2011 she moved to the position of senior researcher at the department of microbiology, virology, immunology, with the course of infectious diseases of the medical faculty.

In the 2013 she obtained the laboratory doctor diploma with higher non-medical education on the specialty clinical laboratory diagnostics. She worked as a laboratory doctor in the PP MC “ASTRA-Dia”.

From 2015, the head of the clinical and diagnostic laboratory of Transcarpathian network “ASTRA-Dia”.

In 2016 she graduated from specialization courses in virology at the Shupyk National Medical Academy.

Since 2017 she worked as an assistant of the Department of Basic Medical Disciplines.

She is Laureate of State Prize of the President of Ukraine for Young Scientists (2009), the author of over 20 scientific publications.

PETROV Victor – the Assistant of the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology, Fellow researcher in the Research and Development Centre for Molecular Microbiology and Mucosal Immunology at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”. Co-founder of a unique medical center «PREVENTION».

Disciplines – pharmacology, P4 medicine. 

From 2003 to 2009 he studied at the Uzhhorod National University on the Medical faculty, graduated with honors. Received the second higher education “Physical and Biomedical Electronics” in UzhNU (2006-2009). In 2009 he was elected as a deputy chairman of the Transcarpathian branch of the Vynogradsky Society of Microbiologists of Ukraine (SMU).

Since 2009 he has started work at the Tyachiv district hospital №1 as a doctor-intern, in the same year he started to obtain master degree in UzhNU on the specialty ‘infectious diseases’ on the basis of the Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital in Uzhhorod, which he successfully graduated with honors in 2011.

Since 2011 - postgraduate student of the Department of Microbiology, Virology, Immunology with the course of infectious diseases of the Faculty of Medicine of UzhNU.

From March 2011 he has been the head of the Cabinet of Infectious Diseases of Uzhhorod City Polyclinics, since 2012 – a city infectious disease specialist in Uzhhorod.

In 2012, he received a license for private medical practice, opened a private advisory office in Uzhhorod based on the Uzhhorod City Polyclinic.

Candidate of Medical Sciences (Ph.D) (2014). The two-time scholarship winner of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, the Hiseem Foundation, was awarded by the mayor of Uzhhorod, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the winner of the contest “Best Young Scientist of UzhNU’ . Laureate of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Award 2013.

He is the author and co-author of 2 patents for the invention and 2 for the utility model. Also, he is the author of 45 scientific publications.

GOBLYK Kalyna – Candidate of Biological Sciences, lecturer at the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology.

Disciplines – “Histology, Cytology and Embryology”

She graduated from the Faculty of Biology at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University” in 1994. She defended her Ph.D. thesis on the subject: “Biotope differentiation and indicative value of the population of Columbol of the Transcarpathian Lowland”.

She is the author of 10 scientific works.

Two new taxa for science are described Neonaphorura zakarpatika and Neonaphorura graffi.

According to the results of work eight biomarkers of ecological quality of soils are suggested.

Participated in the scientific conferences “Entomological Readings”, 2016, 2017, in the Uzhhorod.

MARKUSH Nataliya – the Assistant of the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Pharmacology, physician-therapist of a medical center «PREVENTION»

Disciplines – “Histology, Cytology and Embryology” for Ukrainian students.

In 2004 graduated with honors from the medical faculty at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”. In 2005, she graduated from an internship and magistracy. Her specialty is “Therapy”. Theme of the master's thesis is “Study of indicators of autonomic nervous system dysfunction in some internal diseases”.

From 2005 to 2011 she worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Phytotherapy at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”. From 2012 to February 2018 - a researcher officer at the Research and Development Centre for Molecular Microbiology and Mucosal Immunology at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”.

She is the author and co-author of 30 scientific publications.

Participated in all-Ukrainian and international conferences.

From 2017 up today she is a researcher officer at the Research and Development Centre for Molecular Microbiology and Mucosal Immunology at the State Higher Educational Institution “Uzhhorod National University”, research officer of the DB research topic 875P “The introduction of new approaches to the creation and use of modern pharmabiotics” (2017-2018).
